Sieve Dream Meaning

A sieve in a dream is like a detector of true banknotes from counterfeit, a person who chooses his words, a choosy person of the type of work he does, or a discriminating buyer, a pious person, or it could represent a comb.

If a sieve is given as a collateral, or as a promissory note in a dream, it means that the depositor will flunk his promise, for a sieve does not retain water.

This is in the sense of being able to sort out the large from the small, good from the bad etc.

2- On a psychological level the sieve represents the ability to know oneself. We are able to make conscious choices which will enable us to extract the best from life.

3- Spiritually the sieve is said to represent fertility and rain clouds in the sense that pure rain, or water, permits proper growth.

straining with a: wil be judged on account of your actions.

a cooked sauce: wil make acquaintance of a stage personality.

using a: your extravagance wil turn to hardship.

If the meshes are too small, you will have the chance to reverse a decision unfavorable to yourself.

If too large, you will eventually lose what you have recently acquired.
