If you are thirsty in your dream, it may be that you are thirsty as you sleep; if this doesn’t apply, a dream thirst suggests that you may be feeling emotionally parched in waking life, as water is a symbol of the emotions. Generally, if you are drinking something sweet, this may suggest a longing for more affection in waking life, whilst dreaming of a stronger drink may suggest a need for more energy or a stronger approach to a problem.
